How can I make a reservation at Da Terra Restaurant?

Reservations can only be made through our website www.daterra.co.uk. Da Terra does not take reservations by phone. If the day you wish to book is full, then you can email us on booking@daterra.co.uk and we will put you on the waiting and contact you if availability comes up.

How far in advance should I book?

Reservations are open to book 60 days in advance.

What if I have any questions about a reservation already made?

If you have any questions or want to modify an already booked reservation, please email us at booking@daterra.co.uk. Alternative you can make any changes doing yourself via your confirmation email within 48 hrs.

Will you contact me from Da Terra when I make a reservation?

Yes. After you have made the reservation you will receive an email with the confirmation. If you have not received it within 24 hours, please contact us through booking@daterra.co.uk

Is there a cancellation policy?

Cancellations can be made via email to booking@daterra.co.uk For bookings of up to six guests, one can cancel without any charge up to 48 hours before the reservation. In the case of a no show or if the booking is not honoured in full, which includes reducing numbers, or is cancelled with less than 48 hour’s notice, Da Terra reserves the right to charge £230 / guest.

How can I make a reservation for a group?

Da Terra is an intimate restaurant with the largest table being for up to 6 guests. For a buy out or private room please email us at booking@daterra.co.uk or info@daterra.co.uk

What are the opening hours of Da Terra Restaurant?

We happily welcome you for Dinner from Wednesday to Saturday 18:00 to 20:30 and Friday and Saturday Lunch from 12:00 to 13:30. we kindly ask you to be prompt for your reservation time.

Where is Da Terra Restaurant?

We are located on the ground floor within the Town Hall Hotel, Bethnal Green, East London.

What if I have allergies or intolerance?

Due to the nature of Da Terra’s menu, allergies and dietary requirements can be accommodated to a certain degree and at our discretion. We advise you email booking@daterra.co.uk prior to your booking so we can contact directly to confirm your request. we are unable to cater to a Vegan and Dairy free diet.

Is there a dress code?

Comfortable.

What happens if I arrive late?

We kindly ask our guests to be on time. Please consider that if you arrive later than 20 minutes, your reserved table might be offered to another party.

How can I purchase a gift card?

Da Terra offers gift cards to be used once, and they are valid for one year. A gift card can be purchased at our website and sent to the address given.

Are children admitted?

We recommend no children under the age of 8 years old due to the length of the menu. We do not serve children's menu, only the same menus as for adults. we do not allow prams and we are unable to provide highchairs.

Do you have wheelchair access?

Yes. We have both wheelchair access and toilets for disabled guests. Please do not hesitate to inform us about your requirements through booking@daterra.co.uk so that we can provide you with the most comfortable table possible.

what if I want to bring a bottle of wine to the restaurant?

We charge corkage fee of £70 per bottle of 750ml and £40 per bottle of 375ml.
